A great change is about to occur in their lives
A son is lost in a car accident
A daughter sets off to the city
That new sofa arrives
Some unexpected word is about to be received by telephone
The dog gets a new collar
Clocks tell time
I'm only asking
Does walking ever make you dizzy?
True greatness comes from dizzying heights
"Aristotle contemplating Homer"
"Hitchy-Coo" by Cole Porter
The Gateway Arch St. Louis, Missouri
"Bunny Lake is Missing!"
"The Birds Fall Down"
The Chicago sewer disposal system
The polio vaccine
"Journey of the Last Horse"
"By Grand Central Station I Sat Down and Wept"
Clocks tell time
I'm just sayin'
Walking can make you dizzy.
This was a "NewBeat" performance piece that was performed live at Mother's Junction in Kent Ohio sometime in the fall of 1986...the soundboard engineer recorded the performance and oddly this became a staple favorite in the College Underground club circuits. The lyric was spontaneously created over a pre-arranged rhythym track with improvised soundscaping accompaniment.
